Salon policies
We value your time and ours. These policies keep scheduling fair for every client.
- Cancellation
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service.
- No-shows
- Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price.
- New client deposits
- New clients place a 50% deposit when booking. It's non-refundable and applied to your service.
- Repairs & refunds
- If a nail breaks within one week of your service, we'll repair it free. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
